Keep kids off the sofa this summer by looking for fitness, sports and summer camps that promote outdoor activities and recreation.
Go on active adventures.
Take the whole family away on vacation that is more than sitting in a hotel room. Go swimming, take surf lessons or sign up for scuba. Don’t just look for the best restaurant to eat at.
Invest in a home gym.
Keeping up a daily regimen is far easier when you have the equipment at home. We don’t recommend that children use the equipment, but you, the parent, should.
