Fitness Trampoline – 35 Minute Workout
Take it up a notch and work out to the rhythm of driving music on your trampoline! This longer, guided routine with Jamie and Jen is an ideal way to tone, stretch and burn pesky fat on your trampoline in a fun, engaging way. This workout builds upon the 25 Minute Workout, adding additional exercises and a targeted core and glute section for a well rounded workout.
