1. Sale Duration & Availability
The Flash Sale is a limited-time event. The exact duration of the sale is specified by the promotional countdown banner on our website and typically lasts between 48 to 72 hours. All offers are valid only while supplies last. Due to the high demand and nature of flash sales, we cannot offer rain checks or backorders once an item is out of stock.
2. Discount Stacking
We believe in giving our customers the best value for their home gym. Flash Sale pricing is applicable to combine with any existing valid order coupons or discount codes you may have. Please ensure all codes are applied at checkout as we cannot manually adjust totals once the transaction is finalized.
3. Returns, Warranty & Exclusions
We stand behind our equipment and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items purchased during the Flash Sale are eligible for the same warranty as their retail-priced equivalents. Returns will be processed for the original amount paid at the time of the sale. If you are unhappy for any reason with an item purchased from staminaproducts.com, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
If you purchased a Stamina Products item from an authorized retailer other than staminaproducts.com, please contact that retailer directly for their return instructions. Our products are for consumer use only. The 30-day return policy does not apply to products used in a commercial setting. Commercial use includes athletic clubs, health clubs, spas, gyms, and all other public or semi-public facilities whether or not the product’s use is in furtherance of a profit-making enterprise, and all other use which is not for personal purposes.
