Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Program: The Customer Referral Program allows existing customers ("Referrers") to earn rewards by inviting friends, family, or personal contacts ("Referred Customers") to make purchases on our store.
Age Requirement: Participants (Referrers) must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to participate in this program and receive rewards or payouts.
Account Eligibility: Open to registered account holders in good standing. No formal application process is required—customers can access their unique referral link directly from their account dashboard or order confirmation page.
Personal Use Only: Referral links are intended for personal, non-commercial sharing with personal contacts. Mass distribution on public coupon aggregators, deal sites, or paid advertisement channels is strictly prohibited.

The Referred Customer Benefit:
- A Referred Customer who accesses the store through an active referral link will receive a 5% discount applied to their qualifying order at checkout.
- One-Time Use Per Customer: The 5% referral discount code is valid for a single use only per individual customer. While multiple unique customers can use the same referral link, an individual customer cannot reuse the discount on subsequent orders.
The Referrer Commission: For every qualifying order completed using a Referrer’s unique link, the Referrer earns a 3% commission based on the net sales value (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returned items).
Payout Method & Flexibility: Commissions may be issued, at our sole discretion, as Store Credit (applicable toward future purchases) or as a Direct Cash Payout via our designated payment system.
- We reserve the right to alter the default payout channel (e.g., switching between cash payouts or store credit) or update minimum payout thresholds at any time upon notice.
Maturation Period: Commissions are subject to a 60-day holding period from the date of the qualifying order to accommodate potential customer returns, cancellations, or adjustments.

Qualifying Purchases: Referral discounts and commissions apply exclusively to qualifying products listed on our platform.
Exclusions: Gift cards, shipping fees, applicable sales taxes, and non-eligible products are excluded from commission calculations and discount eligibility.

Self-Referrals Prohibited: Referrers cannot use their own referral links to place orders, create secondary/fake accounts, or attempt to claim commissions on their own purchases.
Coupon Site & Paid Bidding Restrictions: Referral links may not be posted on public coupon, discount, or deal-scraping websites. Search engine bidding on brand names, trademark terms, or running paid ad campaigns using referral links is strictly banned.
Spam & Mass Messaging: Unsolicited bulk emailing (spam), automated messaging, or posting links in irrelevant social media comment threads is strictly prohibited and violates CAN-SPAM regulations.
System Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate tracking algorithms, use automated bots, or exploit technical glitches will result in immediate disqualification.

Order Cancellations & Refunds: If a Referred Customer returns a product, requests a refund, or initiates a credit card chargeback, any commission associated with that transaction will be automatically clawed back or deducted from the Referrer's balance.
Fraud Holds: Orders flagged as high-risk, suspicious, or fraudulent will trigger an automatic freeze on related referral rewards pending internal verification.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate a customer’s participation in the Referral Program and forfeit all accumulated, pending, or unredeemed commissions/credits if any violation of these terms occurs.
Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Customer Referral Program, reward rates (including the 3% commission or 5% discount structures), payout methods, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
