And I'm gonna take you through an interval-based cardio workout, and I'm just gonna show you some tips on what to do. You know, a mini-stepper is not difficult, it's really easy to use. So I'm gonna talk about increasing our speed, lowering our speed, talk about form, what you can do to change it up, and once you're comfortable with this, you can kinda do your own thing like I said, you won't need me after a while. You can repeat what we do, you can do it for longer stints, you can put this in front of the TV and kinda do your own thing, you can step to your heart's content.
