- Hi, I'm Leigh Ann, and I'm here today with a Mini Stepper from Stamina Products. And I'm gonna take you through a full-body workout. Not only are we going to be stepping on the Mini Stepper, but we're going to be getting off and doing some full-body exercises, so. In about 15 seconds, we're gonna start driving our arms. So what I want you to do is to turn your palms up. We're gonna call those driving arms. So in two seconds, turn your palms up. We're gonna squat down and up. You're gonna have your hands on your waste, or you can have them out in front, wherever you are comfortable with. You can actually hold your hands together like this. Turn all the way over. Put your hands behind you, your finger tips facing your feet, and you're gonna lift up, and what you do is you bend your elbows and you lower yourself down, and then press up. So you lower and lift, lower and lift. So your elbows go out.
