Now from here, go ahead and bring the arms straight to the ceiling and press straight down. One. Keeping the chest wide. Two. Shoulder blades flat on the carriage. Three. Now let's go in to 10 pull ups with the elbows out. So we'll pull up. One. And two. Breathing, three. Keeping that nice form in the legs. Abs pulled in. So we'll bring your arms around in front of you like you're holding a beach ball and you're going to press out and rotate to one side looking over your fingertips. Stay there. Lower lift the heels and as you bend the knees, rotate back to center so you're in your starting position. Now out to the other side. Press out. Lower lift the heels and bring it back in. We're gonna do three sets.
