In about 30 more seconds, we're going to tighten our tension up just a little, and we'll pedal a little bit harder for 30 seconds, and then we'll back off and have a recovery time. We'll repeat that four times. - So the first one we're gonna do is what I call a shoulder press. So I'm going to put one foot on the band so my feet are kinda offset, and you're gonna bring the handles up to your shoulders. And what we're gonna do is we're just gonna press up and pull down, so we're gonna do this for 45 seconds. As I was saying, any time you change your activity intensity, you are burning calories. You're building strength, and you're strengthening your core.
