- Hi, I'm Leann and I'm here today on the recumbent bike with Stamina Products. We're gonna go through a circuit-style workout. And I want you to pedal a little bit harder. It's a little bit more difficult. You can pedal faster. And again, we're just getting worked up. Warmed up, actually. What I want you to do is to touch the floor. Then you're gonna walk out, tap a shoulder and then you're gonna walk it back up. Now for those of you who may not be flexible or this is too difficult for you to do, there's always modifications just like there is with any kind of exercise. So we're pressing up, it's an overhead press. We're doing that for 50 seconds. Again, you don't have to use weights. You can do just your own body weight resistance. We are doing a 15 second. Hit it hard, hardest yet, of the day. You wanna push it.
