- Hi, today I'm going to be taking you through an intermediate level workout using your Pilates Magic Circle on your AeroPilates Reformer. All right, we're gonna bring the Circle for spine twist down in front of you. You're gonna take the pad of one Circle and bring it underneath your sternum here, and then give the Circle a nice gentle hug, okay? We're gonna do three twists to one side, so we're gonna inhale as we rotate. One, heels on the bar, feet flex like you're standing on the floor still. Here we go, 10 all the way out. Take a breath in, exhale as you push. One, squeezing the Circle. So make sure the feet are in parallel position and you're gonna bring the Circle over your head first. So, as I press out, keeping the weight right in the middle of my body, I'm gonna squeeze the Circle, and then release, so we've got legs and shoulders working at the same time, two. And then you're actually gonna stay here for the elephant, but let's step one foot slightly forward, okay? That Circle's gonna dictate how far forward you can move that foot. You're gonna feel an increased stretch through that leg that's up a little bit forward. Here we go, 10 times. One, two.
