Take a breath in and then roll back down through the spine. And again, gently pressing out onto the circle as I roll up onto my shoulder blades and then roll back down. Let's do three more. We're gonna begin with a tricep press. So let's bend your elbows by your side, gentle pressure out on the circle as you press and then bend your elbows. Press out with the thighs as you press your arms straight, and then bend. Let's do three. Exhale, three. So think about really pushing down into your hip bones, and then you'll take a breath in. You're gonna exhale, rotate away, and then inhale to rotate back. And again exhale two, we're gonna do ten of these. And rotate, three.
