- Hi, I'm Leann, and I'm on the elliptical from Stamina Products. And I'm gonna take you through a cardio workout today and it is a ladder form. A ladder workout is basically where we're going to start working slowly to where we kind of peak in the middle, and then kind of bring it down. We're going to be doing different types of movements on the elliptical. We are going to be doing forward pedaling. We are going to be doing some reverse pedaling. We are also going to be taking our hands off at some point. We will also have some recovery times during this.
