And you can move your arms from the arm bars that are moving to the ones that are located on the side of your monitor like mine, to check your heart rate. Keep your form, stay upright. Push down into your heels. We got five seconds. Three. One. Here we go. Tighten it up. Go as fast and as hard as you can. Push it hard. We're recovering. We're slowing our heart rate. We're breathing. Catching our breath.
