- Hi, I'm Leanne and I'm here today with the recumbent bike from Stamina Products. And I'm just gonna help you get started with your new bike and show you just a simple workout. The recumbent bike is an awesome cardio workout. You know it's good for all levels of active people, whether you're a beginner or you're an elite athlete. It's also good for those of you who've maybe suffered an injury, maybe in your hip or your knee or your ankle. Take it up one or two notches, whatever you're comfortable with and if you'll just start pedaling a little more, more intense, a little faster. And we're gonna do this for about a minute just to give you an idea, and as you can tell I'm already starting to breathe a little bit harder.
