- Hi, I'm Shauna Smith Yates, and today I'm gonna be taking you through an athletic workout using your box and pole on your AeroPilates Performer. So let's go ahead and get started. Now, you're gonna be staying here in your ab prep, and as you press from your elbow, you're gonna lengthen your legs. Then you're gonna bend your knees back in. Let's do that 10 times. Two. Pressing, three. You're gonna take a breath in, and as you do so, you're going to slide your shoulders down your back, pull the carriage toward your hands, lifting up into your swan dive position to work those back muscles. And then, exhale, release back over your box. Let's do that five times. Inhale as you pull and lift, exhale as you lower back down. Two. Inhale, pull and lift, exhale as you lower back down, three. Let's do that twice more. Inhale, rotate, exhale reach out. Roll through the lower back onto the other hip, bring the hip down, and back to center. You have one more of those each direction.
