If you wanna not hold onto it, hands on your hips, wherever they're comfortable, that's totally fine too. We got one handle up here, one's down so we're we're doin' side extension working one side at a time. Your gonna feel this in your obliques, which are right here on the sides of your core. So your going down and up. Fast as you can, good job guys, fast, fast, fast, get that heart rate up. Nice job. One, all right, grab those handles for crunches.
