- Hi guys, I'm Tiana, and I'm gonna take you through a short workout on the Stamina Stepper. Right, so I'm gonna grab the bands off first. First exercise we're gonna do you guys is bicep curls. So what you can do, is you can do legs. And arms, curling up and down. If you get super tired, and you're feeling like, I cannot do upper body, rest those legs, curl. Or opposite of that, your arms are tired, just get your legs, keep going. And here we go, fast feet, fast fast fast fast. Nice job. Nice and quick. Good. So on this one, we're doing single leg pushes, so one leg is gonna do all the work. You're standing down, standing straight up. Down and up, so one leg, go. So one leg, you can hold onto these, if you just wanna put your hands on your hips, totally fine as well. If you're worried about stability, use the handles to hold on.
