- Hi guys, my name's Tiana. So many of us spend a lot of our time sitting, whether we're at home or we're at work we're sitting down in a chair, which as we all know reeks havoc on our bodies. We're not getting that blood flowing, the circulation, we're sitting at a computer desk. Our neck, our shoulder get tight, our legs, and the rest of our body don't get as much exercise as they obviously need. So I'm gonna take you through just a little series of some workouts that you guys do while you're sitting at home or if you're at work, some that you can actually even do from you desk chair. If you can drop your hips off the chair at all and drop down, but you can even feel this just crossing that leg up, so you don't even have to do that. To make that where you're feeling that in your hip flexor kinda push down on your knee. Two, three, four. Alright we're gonna come around to the front of your chair and we're gonna do a get up. So it's kinda like a squat, but I actually want you guys to sit all the way down and then your gonna stand all the way back up.
