It's the most fun way to get a heart-healthy cardio workout, and lose weight, and just feel amazingly energized. So, I'm going to today just share the workout that I do at home. And you're just going to play along with me here, and learn all the different foot positions, and the different ways in which I change it up by changing cords, et cetera. Do something really challenging. You ready for this? Lift both legs in the air. I like to hold the platform a little bit, so I feel a little more stable. One knee is stable, and you get stable, and you just start little jumps. And as you jump and you get more confident, you begin to lift your leg in the air. And it works your bottom like nothing else can. And this one. Feels amazing. Maybe widen your legs and lift.
