- Hi guys, I'm Tiana. I'm gonna take you guys through a cool down. This is generic to any of our workouts or after you're doing any our pieces of equipment. So we're gonna start out with those rocking butt kickers. You're gonna go side to side, nice and easy. And again this is a cool down. We're gonna add in that row. This is a cool down, so we're not trying to go fast. We're trying to drop that heart rate down nice and slowly. All right we're gonna take you down to our mat. We're gonna go down, we're gonna do a butterfly. So go ahead a sit down on your mat. We're gonna get those feet together. Try to touch those knees down to the floor. Holding on. Torso's upright. Deep breath. You're gonna feel a nice stretch in your hips. Pushing this hip forward, you're stretching out that hip flexor. Keeping those hands on the ground. You can also, if you're a little more flexible, you can drop your foot down and you can bring both arms down to the ground.
