- Hey guys, I'm Tiana, and I'm gonna take you guys through just a generic warm-up that you can use with any of our exercise equipment, so it's not necessarily specific to any one piece. Three, two, and one. Alright, we're gonna to take this high-step right into a jogging-in-place. So we're just gonna jog in place. Put that foot right out, toes pointing up. Reach down, so you've got that, left leg is gonna be a slight bend in the knee. We've got this leg straight. Reach down, touch that toe. You're gonna feel a really nice stretch in your hamstring, all the way down to your calf. Actually even into, a little bit, you'll feel that in your Achilles tendon a little bit. So we've got our feet just a little bit wider than shoulder width apart. We're gonna go down, holding those hands out in front. You're gonna squat down, drive up from those heels. You should be able to wiggle your toes the entire time. So you're really putting all that weight into those heels, driving up.
